Piacere, mi chiamo Fabrizio Fazzolari e sono un agente immobiliare “strano”. Non lavoro solo per prendere in vendita un incarico in più e sperare di venderlo.
La categoria degli agenti immobiliari è una delle peggiori agli occhi dei clienti, ed io non voglio farne parte!
Perchè Fabrizio Fazzolari come agente immobiliare?
VINCERE LA COMPETIZIONE
Quando metti in vendita il tuo immobile ti iscrivi ad una gara con altri 3.500 immobili in vendita nella stessa città. Il mio compito è quello di farti vincere la gara e far si che la tua casa venga prima notata e poi scelta ed acquistata tra tutte le altre.
Si, perchè come dico io: "Gli annunci immobiliari fanno schifo!"
VENDI CASA AGLI STRANIERI
Vendere una casa di pregio non è la stessa cosa di vendere una casa normale.
Non cambiano le leggi, cambiano le regole!
Bisogna essere in grado di far diventare interessante un immobile che magari ha spese di condominio altissime, tante volte ha una ristrutturazione risalente agli anni '80, o che magari è in categoria A/1, A/8 o A/9, che non può essere comprato in regime di prima casa e che, per finire, non costa proprio "due lire"....
